The EXPO village is an outdoor trade show type of event featuring “Rotary Cause Vendors” who are directly affiliated with Rotary International, Rotary District 5060 or Rotary Clubs OR, just as importantly, local organizations who are doing amazing good in our community.

About the event
Vendors are allowed to sell a related product during the EXPO if agreeing to contribute 25% of proceeds to the Leavenworth Rotary Club for a specific cause or the Rotary International Foundation.The village will surround the Festhalle in Leavenworth on Front Street and 10th Street, both of which will be closed to traffic and parking during Friday afternoon, May 19th, Saturday May 20th all day and Sunday the 21st until noon.
Hours of the event will be:
Friday, May 19th - Setup from 9am to noon with opening at Noon.
Saturday May 20th - 10am to 6pm
Sunday May 21st - 10am to 1pm
Each reserved space is approximately 10x10 and will accommodate a pop up tent of the same size or smaller. Vendors can bring whatever suits them to show off their cause that fits within that footprint. If using a tent, we require the legs to be weighted with 10lb sandbags to be in accordance with city safety standards.
During open hours, vendors will be able to engage not only with the hundreds of conference goers, but also the thousands of visitors who tour the streets of Leavenworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to show the world the great entrepreneurial works that are happening locally, nationally and globally. By sharing these fantastic efforts, it will help the audience appreciate what true service looks like, connect and support these endeavors and hopefully inspire them to reimagine their own path of service.
